COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

2020 has been one crazy year, hasn’t it? It seems like most things in our lives have been impacted or altered.

Due to COVID-19, local authorities have implemented ordinances pertaining to physical distancing and wearing of a protective mask. Beaufort Photography Tours LLC follows ALL ordinances within ALL counties we visit. We wanted to share those COVID-19 policies to help set expectations and ensure that you have a safe and healthy tour.

Before these crazy times, we would meet you at your place of stay, invite you into the vehicle and make our way to the desired locations. Until further notice ( and we hope it comes sooner rather than later! ), all guests will be given a safe and secure meeting location, 24 hours before their tour, and will be required to follow in their own vehicle.

Beaufort Photography Tours offers many safe and secure meeting points throughout the Lowcountry. Each meeting point will be chosen in accordance to your place of stay. We will contact you the day prior to your workshop or tour to discuss meeting location and confirm pick-up time.

As mentioned above, local authorities have implemented ordinances pertaining to physical distancing and wearing of a protective mask. We ask that all guests wear a mask and make an effort to maintain a six foot distance from one another.

Helping guests make adjustments with their gear is something we usually love to do. For safety concerns, and until further notice, we will not be handling any of the guests' gear. We will, however, be right there making sure you're getting the shot and with the proper settings!

We understand there is so much uncertainty with the way things are right now. If you decide to make a trip to Beaufort and include us within your itinerary, please know we are doing everything possible to maintain a safe and healthy experience.
